Our Peppered jerky is one of our most polished recipes.  We’ve relentlessly reinvented this jerky recipe and have created one of the most flavorful recipes on the planet. How flavorful?

Each bite feels like a 4 ton howitzer firing a 95 pound artillery shell into an ocean of delicious peppery  satisfaction. This jerky has now become the complete package by using our classic Top Round cut.  This gives the jerky a soft, marinated-all-night-long BBQ texture, which soaks up the entire tongue tickling flavor our jerky has to offer.
