You may return any unopened item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price less shipping and handling charges.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at vnnmall@yahoo.com . We will replace that item, after we have received your returned damaged product.

Items that are not returnable include but limited to: used and resealed items; items not in its original case; items defective from abuse.

We'll do our best to make your return process as fast and simple as possible.

All Karaoke System returns:

•Must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase
•Contain all original packaging and accessories
•You must pay shipping fee when you send back to us our products. Sorry, We don't offer return shipping label.
•Be in new or like-new condition if being returned for a refund

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 15 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned
